Anded option to filter queue by paused as well as queued. Minor bug fixes.

Fixed bug where publish dates did not decode when searching, causing search results to be randomly sorted.

• Automatically switch between ‘local’ and ‘remote’ server configuration.
• Smart switch will check if you are connected to your 'home' wifi and change your active server so you always remain connected.

• iCloud syncing between devices:

• Sync main settings between your iPad and iPhone
• Please open your 'primary' device first to try and avoid sync conflicts.

• New Search/Advanced Searching:

• Advanced search is gone, you can now search all indexers from the main search tab.
• Improved search filtering.
• Recent searches and indexer settings will sync across devices.
